所有的“他人”思想都是一种分离，分别心。
心理学说“他人”是我们的镜子，是投射的影像，这是头脑认知的层次。有时我们会说：当你喜欢一个人，一定是看到了对方的闪光点，而这个闪光点你身上也有。当你爱一个人，同时也会接受对方的阴暗处，因为同样的阴暗自己也有。每个人看到的都是自己身上有的。听起来都很有道理的样子，而这些都是注解，并不是真相本身。
心理学比较复杂，没有那么直接。因为头脑不喜欢简单，头脑喜欢复杂。
事实上，真相太简单了：所有的人都是自己。
